Harris will campaign across Wisconsin today. Here's what is on her agenda in the key battleground state

A campaign official says that Vice President Kamala Harris will continue her campaign in Blue Wall states on Thursday by making stops in Milwaukee, La Crosse, and Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Harris will first make a stop at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she will attend a business class and talk to students about her economic plans.

After that, the vice president will go to La Crosse, where she will hold a rally at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse to try to get young voters involved. Harris will end her day with a rally in Green Bay with leaders from Wisconsin.

Harris' group is promoting their ground game in the Badger State, with north of 250 facilitated staff members and in excess of 50 workplaces across the state, as per the mission.

Why this state is important: Wisconsin, Michigan, or more all Pennsylvania have been a main concern for both Harris and previous President Donald Trump - similarly as they have in apparently every new official political decision.

In 2016, Trump beat out Democrat Hillary Clinton to win the presidency. He won all three states by about 80,000 votes each. In 2020, President Joe Biden regained control of all three states by a combined margin of approximately 260,000 votes.
